1) After the first payment we do not accept cancellation of the first cicly weekly because of automatic transaction costs.

2) To cancel nex week and stop the weekly automatic debit charge cycle on your card, you must contact us at (857) 417-6751 or by whatsapp 2 or 3 days before starting the new week cycle


3) Once charged for renewing the new week, this renewed week cannot be canceled or refunded due to production forecast cost


4) Automatic charges to your card will be made every 7 days at the same time when you made the payment.


5) Charges made to your credit or debit card are the responsibility of the Banking system responsible for our financial operation. We do not have access to your card's confidential information. This information is encrypted by the payment system available on our website


6) In case of payment refund our banking system may take 5 to 10 days to complete the refund


7) There is no contract for length of stay in our meal plans. You may cancel the following week at any time, as long as this cancellation request is made before the automatic renewal. We recommend making the cancellation request 2 or 3 days before the renewal of the new weekly cycle


8) The answers you submit via the form are your responsibility, especially questions about allergies and any health issues. We are not responsible for food allergies caused in you due to lack of information or incorrectly submitted information.


9) Zelle or Venmo payment system users


A) Payment must be made every weekend from Friday to Sunday


B) After Sunday $12.00 USD per day will be charged for late payment


C) In case of cancellation of the new week, we need to be notified 2 or 3 days before starting the new weekly cycle, as we do the food shopping for the production of your food plan.
